Comprehensive Medical Care

Dr. T is amazing! His front desk staff is ridiculously rude. We had been going to Dr. T, had an annual appt to renew rx's and ask several important questions. Our insurance had changed from bcbs to uhc in the meantime. We went to appt and were told they didn't take new insurance but we could pay out of pocket. We went home, called ins co and union through which insurance was changed. Found out this office was on the list of covered places we could go. Went back and were told no again and that we now could not even pay out of pocket without manager approval. Called next day saying we at least needed our rx's called in as we now have to find a new Dr. They said we could now make appt for that and pay out of pocket and would call us back. Two days later, no call. Rude!!!

I'm not a pt there & definitely would not choose this place. Calling this place is horrible, I can never speak to a live person. It either goes to voice mail or it just rings and rings. I called at 355pm & was hung up on because the office closes at 4pm. I ALWAYS get Samantha's & Alva (I believe the name is) Voice mails. Not a patient care facility!!!!

I saw Rebekah for the first time. She is terrific. Would highly recommend her to others. The staff is so friendly.

Been under Dr Ts care for 12 years He is the best PCP I have had in my 81 years of life Thank you Dr T and his assistant Omar is great too
