        Made my yearly appointment for today over 4 months ago. No cancelation call, no notification no explanation. Just we dont have you on the schedule for today. They werent rude about it and are always very kind but this is the 3rd time this has happened to us in the past year. I think i will be relocating primary care at this point. Seen as my appointment is now 18 months past due.

        Doctors are great. Front office staff is not good. No one answers the phone nor do they call back when leaving a message. Very frustrating to deal with when getting medication refills. They are not dependable or reliable. Doctors often don't even know that patients can't get what they need. Front office keeps that information from them.

        The appointment went good and the doctor was so helpful. The doctor addressed all my 14 y/o daughters concerns and gave her all the appropriate info needed addressing different issues.
