Coldwell Banker Realty - Prescott East

We have purchased 2 homes from Valarie at Coldwell Banker Realty in the last 3 yrs. Since we came from out of state, Valarie and I communicated via email for 2 yrs before we met 3 yrs ago; and now she is one of our best friends we have in town. She always answered emails promptly, and once we met she took us to see houses even when Prescott had 3 feet of now on the ground. Valarie's office is down the street from downtown Prescott, she is an expert on Prescott real-estate and will always give you an honest opinion. The office is very clean, plenty of parking; everyone was always super nice, it was a pleasure every time to visit Valarie in her office. The Prescott market is unique, and thanks to Valarie's extensive knowledge of the Prescott market we were able to make informed decisions during negotiations. Valarie had all the contacts we needed, she knows lots of good people in town since she's been in Prescott for a long time. Another thing I liked about Valarie is that when something goes wrong or not the way I was expecting she took care of the issue right away!
