Brian is a top-notch realtor. He's Been helping us buy property as out-of-state buyers in a crazy market. He is always available, checks out property for us when we are not available, and always gives his honest opinion. He's pointed out things we wouldn't have necessarily thought of with an eye towards resale value. Never any pressure, he strikes me as the kind of realtor who is looking to make a life-long customer, rather than looking to make a quick sale.
