After answering our numerous questions via phone, we relocated and he showed us the property twice-4 hours total. We didnt purchase that house; however; we decided to seek his representation on a future purchase-despite the fact that we had a friend/realtor in Phoenix who was willing to offer her services for free. Derek was aware of this fact while he showed us his listing. His main focus was getting the listing sold for his client who he put first. The kindness he expressed and his willingness to do whatever it took to get the job done lifted our spirits. We knew he was our guy. We were not disappointed. We found the perfect house for our needs and the process was a breeze. He has contacts for every trade, and service plus those relationships are cemented in trust and experience build over his lifetime in the Prescott area. Derek is a win win guy in the negotiating process. He provided us with cogent evidence on the market which avoided any unnecessary drama or gamesmanship working with the sellers. We are grateful we found Derek and recommend him without reservation.

Derek was phenomenal to work with throughout the entire process.
