Look no further if you want a great agent that you can trust!Brian is very knowledgeable in all real estate matters and really listens towhat you are looking for, doesn't try to sell just any house and makes sure you will be happy with the home you choose. As out of state buyers we could not look at every home we liked in person so he would facetime us. He knows the area well.We appreciated his advice when asked too. We worked with Brian to find a home in the very hot seller's market of Prescott, Arizona. He was not only professional, knowledgable, and efficient, but fun to work with. He gave us good, solid advice, knew the market, knew the other realtors, and knows the ins and outs of submitting offers and doing contracts. You will be well served if you work with him either to buy or sell a property, and no doubt will enjoy working with him at the same time.

Brian is a top-notch realtor. I'm so glad we made a call to him. As is the case with many homebuyers in Prescott, my wife and I are from out of state. We were wondering how that would work in a market where homes were selling within days, if not hours, of being listed. Brian acted as our eyes, ears, and boots-on-the-ground in Prescott. We could call him any time and he would arrange to do a video walk through. I really appreciated his commentary on layouts and design features; as a realtor, he would point out features and drawbacks with an eye for resale, which is something the typical homebuyer doesn't always consider, but which is very important when you consider a home as an investment.  We never felt pressured, even when he could have just said "OK, let's write up an offer," he instead gave his honest opinions and made sure we saw all the angles so we could make an educated opinion. He has great insight into the neighborhoods and builders in the area, and isn't afraid to point out when other realtors are playing games to get higher offers. I know it sounds like a cliché, but Brian seems more interested in making a long-term customer than in making a quick sale.  Ultimately, given the market conditions and our time frame, we decided to purchase a lot and build a custom home. Brian was just as helpful in assisting us in finding the perfect lot; giving advice on building considerations, grading requirements, HOA restrictions, city requirements, etc. He even related his own experience as he was buying a lot and building a home, as well as offering to review plans when it comes time for us to build. I truly feel like I have made my first friend in Prescott.
