        Expensive and a bit dated. Extremely pricey for what you get. If I had 800k to blow this would be ok.

        They look good but most of the things are cheap, particle board cabinets in the model home, they said the house had been upgraded. It felt like 1/2 inch drywall, I would expect 5/8 inch drywall and 6 inch studs (salesperson did not know what they had), one bathroom had countertops that were not properly installed and were loose. If this is how they build the model house, they appear to have a lack of attention to detail.
