When we decided to build our house in Prescott we set up appointments with several construction companies. RES was second on the schedule and after talking with them we were so impressed that we cancelled all subsequent appointments. Matt oversaw the building of our house. He took time to understand our needs and budget, recommended the architect and vendors, provided a fair and accurate estimate, and was prompt in obtaining city permits and approvals from the HOA and architectural committee. We found out later that RES is the HOAs favorite contractor. Shortly after construction began the pandemic struck. Site visits were discouraged, and Matt kept us informed of progress online with constant updates and lots of photos. RES has its own construction team, and with Matts coordination and good relationships with the vendors, we did not experience any delay or cost overrun. The house was completed on time and on budget. We appreciate Matts sincerity in letting us know what is always happening. He would provide advice and suggestions on essential improvements, giving us options and always letting us make the decision. We are very happy with RESs ethics, workmanship, and the quality of the construction. Matt still comes by occasionally to check on the house to make sure everything is going well and will fix any problem if needed. We have no reservation in highly recommending RES for any construction work.
