        I pay over $80 a line for your service. They won't see you unless you han an appointment. There was 1 customer in the store and they refused to help us. Fawk this store. Pure junk. Verizon, do better because this is absolutely ridiculous. To anyone wanting service DONT GO HERE.

        Can't talk to a person to ask a simple question with out an appoitment. After 15 years of being a loyal customer, I feel no value of continuing. I can't be the only person experiencing issues with Verizon as a whole. Customer acquisition is costly, you need to focus on your existing customer base. If your not going to be cost driven and least focus on service.
