        Today I decided I concord my anxiety I was running late and was so nervous I almost forgot my yoga mat lol . Once I arrived 4 mins late I kicked of my shoes and jumped right in. A nervous, anxious mess and all. As I lie on the mat I felt every last thought of doubt and fear drift away. Christina guided us gently but confidently through every pose. Her description and demonstration of each position was detailed and clear. I genuinely enjoyed this class and plan to frequent often. Namaste Christina
