It was a really fun & intense class. Chris did a great job at leading and being involved. I will definitely continue to come back.

Love the yin class. Love the express yoga class. Have always appreciated the yoga instructors give easy to understand cues and visual directions.

This is my happy place. Its the best yoga studio in Phoenix in my opinion. I have practiced at just about all of them but none compare to Sweatshop. I have taken the spin and barre classes as well, they are great too but I usually stick to yoga. What sets this studio apart are the instructors. For the yoga classes its a mix of a great workout but also a lot of fun. I love each instructor for various reasons, they all bring their own unique style and energy. The studio is aesthetically pleasing, the instructors play great music which is a huge plus and they all have great energy some are super funny which I love and others have just the most calming energy. Each class brings a different experience.

Love this place, feels like a second home. Excellent spin, barre and yoga classes/teachers. They are all so friendly, welcoming and genuine.
