    I don't recommend it to anyone; They are negligent, I've been waiting for a result for more than 24 hours and now I have to wait until Monday because they don't open today. I was prescribed some medications almost a month ago and if I don't enter the patient portal I won't find out. In my opinion, PLEASE DO NOT GO, DO NOT PLACE YOUR TRUST FOR YOUR HEALTH IN THIS CLINIC.

    I have such a long story I dont even know where to start, but to keep a long story short, the staff has been great to me. When I walk in the receptionist know me by name. The midwives have been awesome, they are friendly and caring. Mickey recently delivered my daughter & she was AMAZING!! She was so patient and caring through the whole process. This is my fourth child and the first time I didnt tear, all because she was patient and made sure I LISTENED to my body, unlike other Doctors/midwives Ive been to, who tell you to push now and rush you, she literally sat there the whole time and encouraged me through it all.

    I Do Not Recommend This Place!!!!! ( Especially If Have A Serious Concern ). 1st Time I Went Was Absolutely Great. I Got A Peace Of Of Mind ( AND SO I THOUGHT) Then The Nightmare Began 2nd Viste, There Machine Was Down, Didn't Bother To Call Me I Got There & O'h Sorry Had To Rescheduled!!! 3Rd Time, I Was 7 Minutes Late-DOCTOR WOULD NOT SEE ME ( KNOWING I WAS SCARED WORRIED) Front Desk Was Rude Beyond Words. As I Was Leaving (CRYING) A Lady Told Me If I Was O.K. & That She Was Having The Same Problem!! SHE WAS Going To Look For A New O.B.G. Doctor. What Happened To Compassion, Life's Matter, Sincerer Honesty I WAS JUST A NUMBER TO THEN & NOT A HUMAN BEING

    EVERYTIME I call to get my test results Im in que to wait for someone to answer for about 20-30 minutes and suddenly they always hang up on me. It has happened 3 times and its so upsetting because I have to call back and be put at the end of the que again. Please call us back because its annoying that I have to be calling back and waiting all over again when its the clinics fault for not answering correctly the first time. So annoying. I dont have time to be waiting all day on the phone.

    This clinic does not care about their patients and every doctor there always rushes you when you go to your appointments and disregards your concerns or how you feel. Appointment times literally last 3-5 mins. then you get told one thing at your visits and then something different by someone else next visit. This clinic is so unorganized with patients. I was told I am HIGH RISK due to my medical conditions while being pregnant but then get told that there is nothing medically wrong with me as far as helping me fill out paperwork for my job. They charge you 25$ for paperwork like FMLA, Short term disability but when it comes down to filling paperwork they write down that there is nothing wrong you meanwhile Im here seeing 3 different SPECIALIST because of my medical problems and also HIGH RISK. All these people see you as is an insurance check. They use the words legally, guidelines and insurance ALOT when you speak about your concerns and what you want at your visits. Dont come here if you want a provider that actually cares about YOU and your baby.
