Walgreens Healthcare Clinic

It is NOT a walkin place. Advertising says it is but when I got there the older doctor told me to come back at my scheduled appt OR reschedule..go to urgent care!

The Heath care clinic inside the Walgreens store on 35th ave and Dunlap in Phoenix hosts a great staff. They take the time to evaluate your illness and not try to get you out in 15min. You might wait awhile but your visit will be worth it for a quality visit

I've been here for over 2 hours waiting with my daughter and have watched 3 people be called ahead of us when no one was here when we first got here! This is the worst place to go. Try urgent care instead!!

First, let me say I canceled a chiropractor appointment in order to get seen at this Walgreens today. I had an appointment at Walgreens for 4:30, as it got closer to the time I knew that I was going to be late because of traffic. I tried to call the clinic—there is no direct number. Called and found out the one that seems like it would be direct is actually to a national directory. So I called the store themselves too and was told there is no direct number. The girl tried to connect me to the pharmacy, where the phone rang and rang and rang. No one ever answered, which is not how it should be either. I hurried and got there as soon as possible. I was 9 minutes late. I ran to the back of the store only to find out they had taken the next appointment in. The time was 4:39 and her appointment was for 4:50. So they took her 11 minutes early. Then, I tried to sign in and was not allowed to. There was no option to sign in as a walk-in either. Very unpleased since I tried repeatedly to call this place and that would’ve prevented all of this. Currently on my way to Fry’s Little Clinic, where they do offer walk-in services AND have a phone. Oh, and they were supposed to text me with an appointment reminder and they didn’t. Big thumbs down Walgreens.
