This clinic is very derelict and careless. I called to have a doctor see my tonsils. The lady over the phone scheduled me for Friday, March 15th at 4:15 pm. When I got there the place was closed! The sign on the door stated that they close at 3:00 pm. So I called the 19th Ave location to see what they could tell me about this cruel prank that the Thomas Rd location pulled on me. Turns out that my appointment was canceled without prior notice to me of any kind. No phone call, no email, nothing! Basically, they scheduled me to show up for nothing! So I went to an urgent care clinic instead, because these people wasted my time when I needed to see a doctor! Inexcusable!

The front desk ladies were fine and were respectful besides one of them flirting with some guy in the lobby the whole time I waited. Also showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment and wasnt seen until 30-45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and they werent busy enough to be that late. Dr.Lopez on the other hand is a different story. He seemed like he didnt care and made me feel I was wasting his time. He did not make me feel welcome what so ever. He also seemed like he didnt know what was wrong with me or what it could be. The kind of doctor to just throw some prescriptions at you and hope for the best. He needs to learn how to show empathy and make you feel welcomed.

Good service and good attention from each of the doctors and also from the girls at the reception. You have to arrive early, of course, because they have a lot of people.

THE FRONT DESK FEMALES ARE VERY RUDE THEY WILL EMBARRASS YOU TO MAKE YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE SO YOU WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY TURN YOU AWAY EVEN IF YOU HAVE A APPOINTMENTS AND CLAIM ITS NOT IN THE STSTEM WILL ASK YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE AND BOTH HAVE A REALLY NASTY ATTITUDE ITS A SHAME YOURE IN A Predominantly Hispanic area and choose to mistreat them being a Hispanic yourself front desk needs to be retrained on people skills remember in your business they are representing you if we the community feel unwelcome it will be bad for your business most of the reviews are about the drink desk please I hope changes are made its a shame you have good doctors but the staff will chance away any person seeking medical help please stay tune to my social media I will be posting places not to go your clinics will be ones in the do not visit only bc you have really bad front desk employees

Been going to this place for over 3 years, started off great but lately the customer service has drastically declined. Been calling all day this saturday to make an appointment, all I get is someone pick up the phone then place me on hold. After 5 minutes or so, someone hangs up the call. Going to take my money else where
