Horrible. Absolutely ridiculous. My fianc had a group fitting here 1/15/22. He said the older short gentleman did not have them try on ALL the pieces, and did not measure all areas like the waist and butt. We went back 2 hours later and said he wasn't happy with the fitting and we were told "That guy is a pro he does this for a living he will make sure it fits when you pick it up." They asked the wedding date which is 4/2/22 and they put the PICKUP date 3/31/22!!! We came down today and one suit was sent TO THE WRONG STORE. Then my fianc's dad's suit didn't get to the store until 3pm. We live 2 hours away and we drove down specifically because the suits were supposed to be ready by 12pm. My fianc and his dad had multiple pieces that did not fit WHATSOEVER. His dad couldn't even button the vest!!! He was assigned a 2xl and this guy wears a 4xl. Come on! The store that we had to try it all on at had to fix THIS STORE'S mistakes. The only solution now is to have them send bigger sizes that will HOPEFULLY get here tomorrow or THE DAY OF THE WEDDING. We are very upset, and the other store is going to try and get us a refund but I will be filing a complaint about this store to corporate and especially the employee's work. Completely unprofessional and forcing another Men's Warehouse to fix this one's lazy, unprofessional mess.

I rented a tux from them for my wedding. And they measured me up and down. I recieved my rental and wore it trusting the measurements they took. I'm about 5'9" 220 with a 50 inch chest and 38-40 in waist. Im on the muscular side. I recieved pants with drawstring sides for adjustments. And a jacked that made me look like I was 300+ pounds. Im not joking . I kinda rolled with it. But was and am not happy. Why did they measure me? They told me that that's going to happen with my chest size and I would have been better off buying one and having it fitted to me insted. This was a day after my wedding of course. And they told me that I could have brought it in and the would have had it fixed overnite. BUT..... the jacket would not have been taken in cause they just don't do that. If I would have been told this when I rented my wedding tux from them I would have not wasted my money on the rental and either gone somewhere else to have my needs met fully or bought one there. I'm leaving a 2 star for the simple fact that they made sure they had my tux "tent" ready for me on the agreed apon dateand time...no way this was a 2 star rental....I just am being nice again. BUT...I have learned my lesson. They took my money with a smile and knew what they had done to me. They won't have that chance again.

Very disappointed. Rented a tux and didn't fit right told the guy the jacket was too big when he fitted me and he told me that was the style... no it's not. Spent over 200 bucks just to not like the way I looked. And its Guarantee! I'd give only 2 stars but they were very nice and got my tux last minute for me and at least I had a tux for my event. Men's wearhouse house contacted me and made things right which is why they are always my go to for for any suit needs.
