Employee with dark brown medium length hair on Sunday 4/7 was completely rude. We gave her a price range we were looking for and before we could even finish our sentence she said oooooo not possible and shook her head at us. She was upset because she knew she wouldnt make a ton of commission off us. We went to a different location and they were able to help us and get us within our price range. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION

They did not call when the suit came in, they did not press the suit, pant or shirt, and made excuses about why they were unable to provide the service they are supposed to. I do not recommend this location or chain.

Eric at this location was FANTASTIC! I would have given it 5 stars but the first employee made it very clear he didnt want to assist me as soon as I told him that the suit was for my 15 year old growing son. He showed me the least expensive option which started at $200.00. I asked to see something on sale and he got VERY annoyed and told me there was nothing. My son is in a growth spurt and this is to wear to a wedding where we are causal friends. Eric stepped in and showed me a great suit on sale. I highly recommend asking for ERIC if you go to this location.
