      image How could day and night improve? Well they could start by showing up on time and not leaving my wheelchair bound client sitting outside for 40 mins waiting for a van that never showed up- not to mention NO ONE would answer either of the phone numbers we were given to contact this useless service. This experience is unprofessional & infuriating. If I could give negative stars I would, judging from the past reviews I see now- this place should be shut down. Completely ridiculous. If this appointment is missed we have to reschedule a major surgery so thanks for nothing day & night.
