Everyone was so nice and helpful with moving my grandmother from different locations within Arizona. They were especially patient with my grandmother who is hard of hearing. Picture is of them moving her piano which went well.

Bekins Moving Solutions in Phoenix was exceptional. My entire experience was top-notch, from the initial walk-through/estimate to delivery of my household goods from Phoenix, Arizona to North Carolina. I want to especially recognize #1 Paul, who did initial walkthru and estimate. He advised me how to pack with lots of great suggestions. He assessed my needs and the condo property for pickup to determine best size trucks and a successful pickup and drop off. He was always only a phone call away and gave exceptional service. #2 Wanda, in the office, scheduled and passed on all the important info to driver and movers. So efficient and helpful. She made all the last minute jitters and details run smoothly. #3 Mike C. and Jacob S., who arrived to load and shuttle all my belongings from my condo to the semi truck. They took great care of protecting my home, inventoring my goods, wrapping and loading all my belongings with precision and kindness. The pickup was challenging to say the least, but they handled it amazing! They had to load and transfer a smaller truck to get into my condo complex, and then haul every thing down a long walkway and down an elevator to load the truck. These two men did a phenomenal job. They were amazing, hard working and the best moving crew I have ever enjoyed. #4 Pat S., the truck and delivery driver was fantastic. She contacted me before the planned pickup and again during her shipment to let me know when she would be delivering my goods. She kept me informed along the way, including the night before my delivery in North Carolina, to confirm her delivery window. She did an exceptional job of protecting my new home, the doors, railings, and corners ahead of time. All my items were unloaded and delivered with care and amazing customer service. I can see why she recently just won the Extra Mile Award! Wow, what exceptional service from start to finish! I highly recommend them.

Juan, the driver, was awesome. Did a good job and directed the others well. Great sense of humor and very knowledgeable about packing. We had nothing broken etc. Juan deserves a bonus!

This was a nightmare move. I was assured Bekins was a quality moving company and my goods were secure. As a result I almost didnt take out the additional insurance. So glad I did. Almost every piece of my wood furniture was damaged in the move. An electric desk I had was ruined because they packed it with the legs up and stacked heavy items on top of it and kinked out be of the metal legs. They broke the headboard of my bed. The list goes on and on. I would not recommend this mover. On the plus side the claim process was painless for the most part but I had to list and photo each piece of damaged goods and submit. I was paid promptly once the claim was submitted. But as far as I am concerned I should not have had to submit a thing. NO ON BEKINS!!
