Friday 17Sep2021, 1230pm, I-35 North near th9e Yarrington Exit. Traveling in middle lane of traffic. Gomez Wrecker Truck was in right lane with blinker on wanting to merge. I didn't let him in because I would have caused an accident. I beeped my horn to let him know not to merge over. He beeped his horn back at me. Then proceeded to go around me agressively. He then brake checked me. When I went to go around him to get the company phone number off the door, he swerved into my lane!! (With a 15ton+ tow truck mind you). I can't believe that someone with their company vehicle would do that. I called the company minutes later with my concern. The owner was very rude. Could barely speak English. He said he would look at the trucks cameras and call me back. He never called back. I called him 4 hours later. He told me not to worry about it and hung up on me. IF YOU WANT A PROFESSIONAL WRECKING SERVICE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I HAVE REPORTED THIS INCIDENT TO THE SAN MARCOS, TX POLICE DEPARTMENT. DG
