Company will not answer their phone unless you pick the automated line that the tow truck workers use. Liz was rude over the phone and did not offer any help. They will not allow you to pick up your car the same day due to CDC guidelines and appointments must be made when they are booked out days im advance. This is the worst tow company I have used and they will not allow me to pick my car up even after I paid all the services.

Don't listen to any reviews stating people spoke with reps. They are lies. There is no way to speak to a human on the phone. They are either reviewing the wrong company, or employees boosting ratings. I will update this as I go. So far I have been denied an apt., Lied to, and they have my entire wallet which they won't give me access to until the person who owns the car gives them permission. But that person is MIA and unreachable.
