These are the people who own/operate "AlwaysOn Wifi". This is by far the WORST internet service I have ever had. Not only was it ridiculously expensive and sluggish (as in everything that you click takes several minutes to open/activate; you can go and get a snack and you'll still be waiting), their minutes program is completely unreliable. The salesperson told us one thing (e.g., "Don't worry. You'll never be without service"), but our experience was something completely different. My internet went down at the absolute worst time!!! I would go back to AOL dial-up before I used AlwaysOn Wifi again! I wish zero stars was an option!

This was the worst two months of my life having this internet/WiFi service which is also known as "Always On WiFi." This was an ultimate nightmare for me. Service was beyond expensive. I paid $120 a month for 300 gigabytes of service. I was told I would never lose my internet even if my gb ran out, they would automatically update me to their next level and bill me for the extra gb. That did not happen. My internet went down without any warning or notice, and I was eventually informed that I ran out of gb. I felt as if I was back in the dial up days. This company is dishonest and extremely expensive. You also have to purchase their modem which is $350, pay $120 in advance, their shipping and processing fees. So when all was said and done, I paid almost $600 for this dinosaur service. It was like snail mail. I was able to go with another company that offered Fiber Optic service for $70 a month unlimited internet access. I no longer have to be stressed out about losing internet service because I exceeded my monthly allotment of gigabytes anymore. After our internet went down for more than a day, causing my daughter who works remotely to miss a meeting with her director, which could have gotten her in serious trouble or even fired, I had to keep checking to make sure we did not exceed our allotted gigabytes, which was quite stressful. What a way to live. Well I have since moved on to a much better company. I now have high speed unlimited internet and no gigabytes to worry about running out of for half the cost of "Always On WiFi." Definitely STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you want to experience the costly nightmare that we did.

Please, please, please stay away from this company, also known as "AlwaysOn Wifi."
Not only are the rates extremely expensive, but the service is shoddy at best, there is virtually no customer support, the little customer support that they offer is difficult to access and wholly inadequate, and you have to wait hours on end for restoration of service. The salesperson stated that we would never have to worry about being without internet. That was an absolute lie! In fact, I feel that their sales tactics are deceitful and shady at best. Our internet was down for a day and several hours, causing me to miss a very important meeting at work. When I was finally able to reach tech support, the person was unbelievably rude and nonchalant, even though I could have gotten into serious trouble at work.
We only went with this company because we moved to a new location that only had mom-and-pop internet companies. Thankfully, a bigger, more well-known company is now offering service in our area. I am soooo glad to be getting rid of this company. We were only with them for a short time (less than 2 months), but it costs us more than $600, an unbelievable amount of stress, and innumerable headaches! It has been a nightmare that I am looking forward to waking up from!
