I wish I could give this company negative stars. If you are a small business owner with limited time, do not approach this company. Huge waste of time with incompetent support.

I canceled my account in December 2022 and they continue to bill me monthly.

I have been a customer for three days and have had no advocacy or customer service. My phone system does not work correctly. I cannot dial out from the app. We're missing the majority of our inbound calls and calls that are connected are cut off randomly. I've been begging for support and spending hours on hold and have gotten nowhere. Im at a complete loss. I was told it could be up to thirty days to fix the issue. Coming to this company has been a huge detriment to my business as its the biggest distraction and time suck. Its also incredibly hard to leave. No one does what they say they will, its clear I'm going to have to get a lawyer to leave. terrible experience three days in.

Nextiva is great for big teams! Their call flow set up is simple and intuitive. Support team is top notch. I also love the phones they provide - Poly all the way! 5 stars!
