Metro by T-Mobile - Closed

Went to this store last month, clerk would not take my cash payment because I didn't remember my pin (had my phone with me). She also said my 'secret question' answer was incorrect and said she couldn't help me. I had to arrange a connection with someone who had a card and contact Metro by phone who was awesome, helped me with my pin and I DID have the answer correct. Went to this store last night as Google said they close at 8pm but upon my arrival at 7:30pm, which was posted on the door, she locked up. I suggested they correct the internet hours. Today the hours on Google say open until 6pm. Well I'm calling first before I go. And guess what? No answer - three times now. I am assuming they are not open or closed at 3pm Makes no difference. I've never been able to get anything at all out of this location. Sign in the window says "Hiring". Get on it - Metro!
