Thank you, Johnny !! My best friend and I decided to split our phone lines into two accounts... Not only did my favorite employee, Johnny, at my local Metro store handle it in record time -- he recognized me in the parking lot coming back from his lunch break, said hello... As I said hi back, I mentioned the reason for my trip... By the time we got into to the store, he was already finishing one customer, while multitasking helping the red haired manager's customer too (*in Spanish, as the customer spoke no English)... And greeting us upon entry, "So you'd like to split the lines?" He was AWESOME!!! Promote this man... He was poetry in motion. Thanks again!

Horrible after paying my bill my wifes phone just stop working First the owner told me he is a third party that he could not exchange my phone then he said if I had another phone he could activate it but charge me im like I bought this from you paid for the service then you tell me your a third party so im like why are you charging me for reactivation he tells me it metro pcs policy im like so your a third party when its conveinant then he says you can buy a new phone so since I walked in the door youve been trying to get money horrible place of business I will be reporting them to the BBB
