The manager on 16th Street and baseline was very polite and friendly he helped us on what we needed I will continue going to that Metro store because I think if I will go to another Metro it will be totally different and with him there I'm very satisfied 💯💯

When I first moved to metro pcs 5 months ago, I didn’t know that the employee who helped me, was charging me $60 dollars but without hotspot or anything special, then yesterday when I visited metro pcs to pay my bill, I figured that since I was already there, might as well asked what was happening with my account, and this employee, Fernando told me everything that was happening and he helped me fix my problem, now I am paying for everything that I am getting, without lies, if It wasn’t for him, I would’ve been still paying $60 dollars for a very limited and basic phone plan

Hey they always got some good deals . I got two new phones if the phones was under 160 bucks.. Great for my kids!!! I should have got the guys name but he was so helpful left the shop feeling satisfied 😌
