Nice store that was open on Sunday which saved my but because I needed supplies for a job and my regular wholesaler was closed. Was able to get exactly what I needed for a fair price.

The owner took the time to answer our (many) questions and describe the various processes needed to care for the pool at our new home. He knew what equipment we had just from a good description and was able to recommend a care schedule that would keep it clean, safe, and sparkling. His prices are competitive, the store is clean, neat, and well organized, and owner has the extensive knowledge that years of experience brings. I cannot recommend this store highly enough!

I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this place buying pumps, filters and other stuff. I called to ask for a price and if they had a certain pump. She said she didn’t have the pump I asked for but had one that was one part number off. I asked what the specs and price of that was and she said she didn’t know and would have to call me back (kind of odd seeing as they have it in stock). I proceeded to tell he the price of the one I was looking for that was on amazon. She said sorry we don’t price match amazon. I told her that I never asked you to price match amazon. I just stated what their price was. I just wanted to know the price of the one she had in stock. She said I’ll have SOMEONE ELSE call you back. I was never rude to her, not loud with her, simply wanted to know the pump price to see if it was worth driving there to purchase it. Apparently they don’t want my business and that’s fine because I won’t shop there ever again. I won’t support a local business with that kind of attitude. I’ll try the next local business even if I have to pay more.
