Bad customer service.
Called to question their design of pop-up actuator valve and asked to talk to manager, the lady in customer service put me on hold for 20 min then hung up.
Called back 2 different times the automatic answer machine kicked in saying all customer service are unavailable.

No contest with other in-floor cleaning systems. I work for a pool builder and we have lots of customers who have built pools in the past and had different systems. They're always thrilled with the performance and quality of A&A systems compared to others. Their service and warranty is awesome too. Also made in the USA!!
