All Blue Pools

Alan, the pool man claims to be a christian man. He sold us used under powered pool equipment. Said he wanted to save us money. He charged us over a thousand dollars for all his parts and labor. Told me the pool needed to be re-jetted charged us. Fact of the matter it had to be re-jetted because he installed an under powered pump and motor, removed the salt cell for the same reason under powered unit. Without my permission then refused to put it back on when I asked him too. Pipes were leaking where he had cut out the salt cell also refused to make a repair to the equipment. I would not reccomend this guy to anyone.!!!! Alan you say your a christian man wow what god must think of you..... Karma will come around Threefolds.!!!!

I am glad Amarls have made bogus statements. they were in HAWAII YES! One year before archie called me ans said I need your help: my backwash valve is leaking I told him you just need a new o-ring to stop the leaks. |Archie- oh I tightened it so hard and the PLASTIC -NUT CRACKED so I GLUE IT. ALAN- Well now you need a NEW VALVE; it WAS a simple repair. THEY called one YEAR LATER and the BACKWASH VALVE was STILL glued and LEAKING water WHEN the system was on and leaking air into the SYSTEM when the system was off; the pool was green; and the pump a HAYWARD 1.5 hp 2000 with a hayward motor, burned up. HAYWARD only replaces HAYWARD. The CITY of PHOENIX was in the PROCESS of putting FINES on this HOME that was used as a RENTAL. The pool, was made BLUE, A GOOD USED 1.5hp MAXI-GLASS (HIGH PRESURE PUMP AND MOTOR was installed for $200.00 Because the NEED was SO GREAT! the pool worked fine THE BACKWASH VALVE was replaced; a BACKWASH LINE installed and the SALT CELL was removed BECAUSE some one put a QUART of OIL in the pool; |I ask them did you make some one mad???? ARCHIE & ANN both retorted NO NOT that we can think of???? ALAN- Well some one put a QUART of oil in your pool I couldnot see it befor but I can NOW and the pool WILL NOT STAY BLUE;; MR AMARL thinks he knows HOW to install a SALT CELL it was INAPPROPRIATELY installed as a RESTRICTION in the CLEANING PATH back to the in-floor JETS. The CARETAKER CONTROLS with NEW |DIAPHRAGMS was given to them for NO-CHARGE. WE were in the3 process of preparing for $5,000.00 in pavers and landscape work to be done by me. I had done DRAWINGS and financially put the job together when they DECIDED to come home and they would do the PAVERS and ETC. I told them the POOL MUST BE DRAINED and the SAND CHANGED to keep the pool from going GREEN every THREE DAYS. The salt cell was ALSO in DANGER of being DESTROYED do to the OIL in the POOL.. I NEVER KNEW --ONE QUART of OIL could MAKE you DRAIN your pool and have to change your sand. AS for the TABLET FEEDER it was $15.00 or $30.00 at that time. OUT of 50 pool accounts there's was the ONLY pool with the PROBLEMS. I have 40 YEARS experience with hundreds of different pools with a wide variety of problems and situations. I REFUSED to go back BECAUSE I WAS DECIEVED by the AMARLS THAT "NO OIL" was in the pool. THE AMARLS REFUSED to LISTEN to sound REASONING because "THEY DONOT" understand SWIMMING POOLS. ALL BLUE POOLS OWNER MY TABLET FEEDER is the BEST!!! I WILL GUARANTEE an ALLBLUE POOL WHEN POOL OPERATION and MY 40 years of EXPERIENCE WATER TECHNOLOGY ARE USED WITH SERVICE. AMARLS would not have made these statements "IF" they thought I didnot KNOW WHAT I was doing. There NEIGHBOR had NO PROBLEM in using my services to "REPLUMB" his pool equipment.

I would never use this Pool Company EVER!!!! This man Alan says he has a pool floating chlorine dispenser that he has patent. We were living in Hawaii at the time and he sold us this "Great Chlorine Floater" that he has patent for $150.00 we were not on the mainland to see this "Great Chlorine Floater - Invention" so my husband and I thought okay must be Great!! It is a plastic dollar store salad bowl and PVC pipe with about 7 holes drilled in it!!! He probably spent $3.00 on the thing and charged us $150. This guy is a Crook!!! He says he's a Christian - he knows God..........well the God I know would not like him lying to people and cheating them!! DO NOT USE THIS GUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!! I'm checking to see if he has a ROC# and if he does - we are suing this company!!!
