We Know Pools

DO NOT RECOMMEND - ACCOUNT OVERCHARGED REPEATEDLY & POOL UNDER SERVICED. This may be my first google review and I do not take poor recommendations lightly. After cancellation of the services (opting to maintain pool ourselves) we were overcharged by the hundreds. We called repeatedly, each time being assured our service were cancelled and a credit in process, only to be charged again the next month. We also found that in the first week after service cancellation our pool had 10X the amount of phosphates a pool should have and excessive chlorine.... This was pure neglect of proper pool testing and maintenance. In summary: AVOID THIS BUSINESS Service: Cleaning

Originally agreed to do paver job and two months later called to say "sorry, material is now 3 weeks out". So we had to change paver pattern to what was available. Then, showed up to say sorry, we pushed your job out because material not available -even when the new pattern was available. Then said, we need 40% in advance. Are you kidding me? That's adding insult to injury. 1) You screwed up by not ordering material 2) I will never give you 40% in advance to anyone to be late and to get ZERO in return. Pretty arrogant. We know pools may do good work, unfortunately, their customer planning/scheduling not good at all

We know pools is definitely the best pool company I’ve ever used. They truly stand by their name. We’ve had horrible experiences in the past but they have been awesome! Communication, customer service, and their knowledge is outstanding. Our pool & family is super happy and ready for the summer! Thx guys!

Highly recommend this company! They met all our expectations, the whole team was polite & friendly. I will use them again in the near future. Great job on my new pool equipment!
