My wife and I moved into a new home and we knew we wanted to have a pool. We were looking around and happened to meet Rob with SunStyle Pools+Spas. It is very hard to find businesses that take pride in customer service these days. When we signed with SunStyle, they were a very new company but you would have never known with the professional but personable team. Throughout the whole process, everyone with SunStyle (Rob, David, Scott, Lucas, and more) has been extremely helpful and communicative. Weve had confidence that all our questions would be answered every step of the way.
When we first met with the SunStyle team, we provided them with just a few wants for our yard and they were able to create a 3D model of our perfect backyard! Rob and Scott have even gone out of their way to give suggestions and referrals along the way.
We are very grateful for these guys and would do this process all over again, if we had to! Services: Swimming pool water feature construction, Design, Custom Swimming pool design, Inground pool installation

We absolutely appreciate the team that manages our pool from Island Life !! I never need to worry if our pool is blue and if there ever is an issue or emergency, they are always extremely fast to respond and take care of the problem. With all of the stress a property manager has, not having to worry about the state of your pool is a BIG relief!

I hired this company back in September of 2020 and so much for their business philosophy of "take care of the customer," as stated on their website. This company not only doesn't put the customer first and do the job in what you are paying for, they point the finger back at you instead of rectifying the situation/problem. In saying this, it wasn't a small sample size in which I am talking about, they had a total of 7 pools (4 commercial and 3 residential). To be honest I have maintenance men and leasing agents around the properties, as well as myself, and not once have I ever seen or heard of a pool tech vacuuming a pool. It seemed to me that the technicians liked to push dirt around the pool so that they can mix it with the water to get an appropriate photo in which the dirt settles to the bottom again after they have left. They clearly state that the pool will be vacuumed as needed but it is nearly impossible when a tech is only there for a max of 15 minutes at a time. I had issues with them on every single one of pools multiple times with many tenant complaints about cleanliness. If you have a problem with your pool don't expect them to make an effort to fix it. They will in turn just walk away from the problem or report it to the office and you will receive an email at a later time. Either this company doesn't take pride in what they do or they have way too many pools for the amount of techs they have, cause they speed through the job. In all this being said, I'll expect the owner to comment on this review by denial and blaming problems on other issues. I have documented pictures/emails/texts backing everything I have explained above as a record of proof. Just be careful what you wish for when hiring this company. I had an awesome experience with Island Life Pools and Spas. Rod was very professional and a lifesaver! My pool had gone green from a power pump issue while I was out of state, and he restored the chemical balance and maintained it perfectly. I used to spend a lot of TIME and money maintaining my own pool, and I would have been better off leaving it to the professionals from the beginning. I wish I would have found them sooner, because they are a great service at a great price, and very dependable!

If you would like your pool to be clear one day and green the next these guys great!
Plus the owner is rude and unprofessional which is always an added bonus to any company.
Just read the one star review a couple down. The exact same experience
