AAA Aardvark Pool

They were brought on by the seller of the home we are buying to make sure the pool was repaired and in operating order as part of the requirements of closing. They replaced the pool pump but left the pool completely green with green algae (or something) growing at the bottom. They then were asked to come out and clean it to prevent the pool from going green. They did but left it without being completely filled with water or any additional instructions on what needed to be done to follow up or maintain it. Flash forward 2 weeks, the pool is completely green and won’t pass inspection because it’s not in “working order”. We, our agent, the sellers agent and seller made MULTIPLE attempts to contact them to complete what was requested via phone (VM was full) and text with NO response.this entire time the closing has been held up because of this.They finally contact us to tell us (not ask) what time they will be there. Upon meeting them there, which they almost left before we even got there, all they had to say is that we needed to add water to the pool. Mind you, it is completely green at this point. We ask for clarification because of course we want to make sure that’s all that needs to be done and very rudely he repeats you need to add water and proceeds to leave. At this point we are beyond upset and his son who’s waiting in their truck advises “we’re not doing this, we’re leaving”. Worst service and follow up ever! Outside of installing the new pump they did not even complete the job! Do not bother because they probably would answer or respond anyway
