Meeting room was nicely decorated and chairs were comfortable but the room was at least 77 degrees, only one power outlet in the corner with none integrated into the table, water not provided, markers for dry board were dead, dry board dirty with an eraser that made it worse and finding the bathrooms is like a cornfield maze.

Frustrated.
Went there during business hours and sales had left early for the day, the receptionist was kind and informative but was not able to assist.
Comparatively, Workuity located across the street to the north gave me a full tour as a walk in.
Maybe this place is too busy for my business.

Liquid Mobile IV is a luxury you can not afford to live without. A "must" for maintenance of well-being. Enthusiastic, cheerful, and efficient staff make the visit fun and relaxed.

We used this for a satellite location. Our card stopped getting auto billed and they called to let us know and I said we would like to cancel. Got confirmation and thought we were done. They billed us for 2 or 3 months after, I then pay the invoice and make sure we're cancelled. I call furious and the rep says she will open up a ticket with billing/accounts. Never heard anything, nothing happened and now we got a letter from collections seeking money. From my experience, this is an unethical, immoral company and would recommend looking elsewhere. I am certain I am not the only one this has happened to.
UPDATE: Even though months of calls and emails sent to prove cancellation in December 2020. They charged my card for the "balance" of the disputed amount in July 9, 2021, that they claimed owed without any authorization. This company is unethical and not helpful. I would highly recommend not using this company for anything. They said in their comment they would reach out, but they didn't. We got 10+ collections emails, to which we responded to each one and they never responded. We also called and they never followed up. I have never seen such a failure of customer service and doing the right thing in my life.

I planned on using Regus as place where I received my mail in AZ AND IN FL. First the sales person, Seth didnt get my messages. Then I tried to set up the portal. I could not put my credit card information into the portal. Regus says it was a glitch. I finally put my credit card into the system, but it did not appear to be working. The Arizona office kept referring me back to the portal, the Florida office took my credit card over the phone and billing appeared to be working until the following month when the Arizona office started to threaten to send me to collections. I called them and Donna, the manager at the Arizona office took my credit card o er the phone. I thought the issue was corrected. I was wrong. Even though they had been paid they continued to send me collection letters. Just as I thought things were on track I received an email telling me that they were renewing my contract for another 6 months. I called them. They refused to help me, knowing I have had trouble with the portal since the beginning. Donna referred me back to the portal as did the manager in the Florida office. I called the BBB and found out that the company has over 500 unresolved complaints. They continue to refer me back to a portal that does not work. I even spoke with someone in their administrative office. She was polite on her recorded line but did not do anything she promised to do to help me resolve this issue.
To add to this ridiculous situation I went to pick up my mail yesterday and found 4 pieces of someone elses mail with my mail. All addressed to another business was from Bank of America. I will take it all to Bank of America and let them explain the situation to the business.
THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES THAT OFFER MAIL COLLECTION AND/OR VIRTUAL OFFICES WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
