This mother daughter team exceeded my expectations. In Nov 2019, my company was planning to start a satellite office in the Phoenix area. To start that effort, I needed two things, office space and people. And I definitely got the best of both worlds with BCRE as my real estate team and another awesome vendor as my people team. So how did I find BCRE? I did a search online, and the only broker that came up with more than two positive reviews was BCRE. So I took a leap of faith and arranged to meet them on my first trip out to Phoenix. Here are some things I looked for: - Knowledge of the area - Connections with people - Ability to gauge my interest in a location - Ability to find alternatives quickly - Excellent vendor relationships They knocked every criteria out of the park. We had one special requirement, 24x7 operations. We ran thru a number of locations with input from my people team which helped narrow where our employees would be happiest from a location perspective. The 24x7 operations issue proved challenging because in some locations, after hours A/C cost was going to be equal to or greater than our base rental cost. Joni was very diligent in finding alternate locations which would decrease the proposed after hours A/C cost by more that 90%. After finding the space within a brand new building and addressing numerous issues posed by the builder, we were finally able to sign a contract. However, the build out was going to take 6 months. Here is where their connections with people added value, and it seemed like everyone knew Adrienne. Joni was able to immediately recommend options for temporary space, and soon we were able to get space for our brand new team. Additionally, BCRE connected us with an excellent office furniture and design team, appliance team, signage team, fiber internet teams and even an office plant provider. Also when I needed to store things that I bought for the office, they graciously provided storage space in their office. When I needed a place to work, they allowed me to work in their open spaces. When there were group gatherings for lunch, they invited me. BCRE's personal touch drives a relationship that transcends the normal grind of a business transaction. But what makes them different is rooted in Adrienne's compassion for people. While I was there just prior to Christmas, they did a huge toy drive for a local school in need. Contributing to that was a real joy, and seeing the impact they made on those kids was priceless. I could go on and on about BCRE, but I would rather you work with Adrienne and Joni yourself and see how awesome professionalism combined with human kindness can be. This is definitely the kind of company I would always come back to because of the great service provided, the great people they are, and the remarkable network of people they maintain to assist in all facets of your commercial real estate journey.
