We have had Alana and Preserve Property Management manage our community HOA for almost 10 years now and it has been the worse experience as a home owner. In all the years, Alana has never answered her phone once and never returns phone calls and her brother Shane, is rude and entitled. They will send out notices in the mail to our community that maintenance will be happening in the future yet the mail arrives after the maintenance happens. This is how they have operated for years, nothing ever changes. Alana, why don't you call me back about the rental in our community that has all the trash sitting in their front yard, it has only been 5 days now since I left you a message. Horrible, not sure why our community even uses your company because you do nothing to help.

Great company, very professional and friendly. I have been working with Alana and Preserve Property for several years. They truly understand property management, and what it takes to make both tenant and ownership successful. Highly recommended.
