I do not recommend, I submitted an application and I guess due to my husband and I living separately was a flag to Le. But as I advised her my husband and I had recently gotten married and were living separately. We were looking for a home to come together as our first home since getting married. We filled out the application and sent all of our documents including our Ids so before the call she knew we were a Black family. Le calls me and asked me did my husband and I fight? Did my husband punch holes in the walls. I was completely shocked by what she asked. Like why would you asks this, from my paperwork did it give you a sense that we were violent people who dont know how to act as civilized people. I understand that we are a black couple living separately but that does not mean we are violent and Im sorry if that is your past experience with some of the people that look like me but all of us do not conduct ourselves like that. I take pride in how I live and where I live and do not do things of that sort. We were declined after having us pay 4 separate applications fees and our credit wasnt even ran. I have an alert and get notified right away when my credit is ran. I havent received anything since the applications were submitted. I am filing a discrimination claim as well. Which is funny because when Le called me she said we use a third party to run the background and credit checks and we dont want to discriminate against anyone and thats exactly what was done to me and my family. Even if Le thought that Id suggest working on your approach and wording when asking questions to people because that comes of as offensive and is definitely discrimination even if that wasnt your intention. I feel like we were already counted out before we were even given a chance and thats sad. I also let the realtor know who had put me in touch with this company because it is not a good look to be working with people who treats and asks silly questions like that to potential clients. I will definitely make sure no one that I know goes through this company its seems like people of color are not accepted here.

Looking at some of the posts, she needs to be reported and her license revoked for discriminatory practices.

I cannot boast enough about Lethe and the incredible job she does in her administrative capacity. She is a gem of an asset to Desert River Realty. We love her!

Very very hard to get in contact with. Originally told our realtor application will take 3 days. Took over 10 days. Read another review they wait for more applications to get a tenant they prefer. Dont waste your time putting an application with listings with this company. They will give you the runaround and never call you back. Apparently they went with another applicant yet the listing is still active.
