Nicholas Yale is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with! In fact, this is the second time I have needed his expertise. He sold my home for me back in the early 2000's and when I found myself in need of a realtor in 2021, I called him up! Nicholas makes the process easy. Our initial meeting was very thorough and really helped us to come up with a fair price. Any concerns I had about selling my home, he was always quick to answer questions and/or offer a solution. And, let me just say a word about his sign - I have never seen anything like it! It had beautiful pictures and it was just very cool (I don't want to give it away, so that's all I am going to say). I found Nicholas to be personable, professional and a lot of fun to work with. His team is amazing as well! I was informed about where we were at in the process every step of the way. Getting required documents back and forth was simple and I did not experience any 'this is annoying' moments from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Broker's Hub Realty. Nicholas Yale is above and beyond in my book!

Nicholas and his team had our home listed on a Friday and sold by the next Saturday! This may not be typical, but the sale was very efficient. He and his team were very helpful in navigating all the logistical details and paperwork involved as well.
