This was a great business under Hans and Jacqueline. Now no one answers calls, and they don’t seem to have any real estate listings on the MLS. I think they are no longer a functioning business.

Their property management side has been missing for months (Dec 2021 - Mar 2022). Phantom Realty isn't returning calls, emails, and no one is in the office. I have no way to reach my landlord for multiple problems piling up at the property that I rent. Don't use this business. For your own sake, look elsewhere.

Great if you never want a return call from leaving a voice-mail when they don't answer on a week day during business hours. Boo.

I am so impressed with Jacqueline at Phantom Realty. She helped us find the perfect home! She quickly identified what we were looking for after looking at a few homes. She is very detailed oriented and ensured the paperwork was accurate and identified any potential issues. She was very responsive and always got right back to us on any questions. She is very personable and fun to be around. She was there through the whole process to the end; including her very knowledgeable husband Hans who ensured the home inspection was thoroughly completed and noted any major concerns. I would highly recommend Jacqueline for buying or selling a home.
