Roberta and her team were great. She took the time to help me as I was a remote seller and helped on not just the sale but in staging, moving, storage, etc. Since I was not able to be in town, she stepped in and assisted on all aspects and kept me posted along the way. Then when time to sell my condo the offer I accepted was full price and accepted two days after listing. Then, closed within one month on top of it. Roberta you and your team are awesome and not sure how I would have done this remotely without you! Thank you so much!

Roberta is the best out there (I wish there were more stars)! She is very informative and she gets the job done. She has made me and my family extremely happy with the process of purchasing our new home. I highly recommend Roberta and her team.

Roberta and her team are the best in the industry. From the moment she has your listing, she immediately gets to work and does not stop! She has sold 3 homes and bought 2 for me and I recommend her to all my clients. She is so responsive and knowledgeable in all areas of real estate that there is nothing she can't sell/buy. She knows all the builders, their history, she has her fingers on the pulse of the real estate market and she has been doing this a very long time so she really knows Phoenix and the surrounding areas. Roberta's professionalism and knowledge should be the standard, not the exception.

Purchased my first home with the help of Roberta and Pam, who were found on Zillow. Pam is great, but Roberta and the inspectors they use are not. Their plumbing inspector and electrical inspector ("Oswaldo" and "Billy the English Inspector") both failed to locate a number of issues that should have been easily identified on the home. It has already cost me roughly $1,000, and this is just in the first few months of owning the home. I paid extra to have the pipes comprehensively scoped, and they failed to find major obstructions that have been there for years. I have requested a refund and have still not heard back. I hope that whoever sees this urges them to use different, more capable, inspectors and a more customer-valuing experience if they proceed. Overall, these inspectors did not do their jobs. This would have been a 5-star review if these individuals located these issues that are obvious, hazards, and an ongoing headache to deal with, as well as receiving professional responses from Roberta when I brought these to their attention. EDIT: As of yesterday, someone at Phoenix Urban Spaces sent me an email calling me an "a****le" for submitting this review. Very unprofessional. The whole point of submitting this review was so that others could avoid similar problems like the ones I have experienced in the future. UPDATE: Even more issues with the house -- plumbing, electrical, you name it. I am convinced at this point that Roberta's people completely scammed me. They sold me scope footage of another home! Absolutely unprofessional, BUYER BEWARE!
