Jason and his team are outstanding. This is the second home we bought with their help and we could not be happier. Jason knows what his clients want and only shows homes that meet their criteria. The other big advantage is that Jason knows the area better than anybody else since he has been working here for a long time. In terms of negotiation, Jason has a very good feel for what will get the job done without having to overpay. He also sees new houses on the market earlier than many others.
