Donna and Jim are both amazing people. My mom rented from them for over 15 plus years. Donna and Jim are now helping me while I am getting close to buy a forever home. Donna calls right away when you email her. They have became more like close family . Very personable. They have there handy man JR who is great. He has been with them since we have known them. I highly suggest them. The people on here saying they are "bastard" or no good people are lying .

The worst people to deal with. Once they get your money they ignore your calls and don't follow through on taking care of things they said they would.

The worst people to deal with.  Never answer their phone, only call back from a private number.  I requested for new room mates to be added and since they dragged their feet, room mates ended up moving out without notice and I couldn't do anything about it.  Seriously the worst kind of people once they get your money.

He ALWAYS answers the phone, very happy to help and treats you like family when helping you. I have used him to buy houses..sell and to manage my rentals.

I spoke only once to staff . They where very nice and responsible on returning your phone calls. Kinda pricey.
