I am so impressed with the items we have ordered from Idea Stage- Cameron is always helpful and nice. The prices are always great and they have a vast assortment of items. The ONLY thing I wish they would do is allow us to track the product/shipping and give reviews of the product.

I placed an order online and very quickly got an email about a question regarding the date I needed them by. I answered and did not hear back for four business days. The email said they would not be able to fulfill my order. They could have said that earlier but instead cost me valuable time. They also could have responded with "we have x amount, would you like those?" Terrible customer service and business sense. I suggest you try Displays2go instead - they were speedy and answered all my questions.

We will never order from this company again. We have ordered custom wall calendars from them for years. The last TWO years, the envelopes we need to mail the calendars out were forgotten off the order. The first year, they were able to mail them out rush but it took weeks to get them. Last year, I reminded them when I ordered the year prior the envelopes were forgotten and to please make sure that didn't happen again. These calendars are supposed to be mailed out to our clients before the new year starts. Despite me reminding them, the envelopes were forgotten again. I JUST received the envelopes today, January 15th. Thank God I didn't wait for them to ship them out. When I found out they weren't mailed out (again) I ordered some myself off Amazon and got them 2 days later. The owner never apologized... instead put all the blame on the manufacturer. I didn't care whose fault it was... I just wanted the ordered I placed to be delivered with everything I paid for and delivered to me on time... not 6 weeks after I should have received it. The owner did refund the cost of the envelopes but we will never be ordering from this company again.
