I would NOT recommend this company no matter how fast or cheap they promise. The company is rude and unprofessional to speak to a customer or potential returning customer insuch a manner. It took so long to get ahold of anyone just to be hung up on by some male employee. STAY AWAY!!

I'm mortified how this company allows the employees to speak to customers in such a disrespectful manner. Tom was the rudest person I ever encounter through a business. I am truly unhappy with the way I was spoken to and I will not be a returning customer. Just horrible

I ordered pens several months ago for my business, they were helpful with helping me place my order and getting them to me quickly. Although, I did pay $40+ to get them shipped quickly. I really liked the way the pens wrote. But. over time, I have found that the ink where my business is fades away as well as now that we are going through the pens and I have passed so many out.... half of the pens do not work. I called and emailed The Ink Spot to advise about the poor quality of pens they sold me. They suggested I buy another kind of pen and that they would send me some to try out first. I told them thanks, but no thanks, I choose not to spend more money with a company that doesnt stand by the first product they sold me.

Highly recommended. I ordered pens for an upcoming Trade Show, they were great about playing with the lay out and sending me options for my logo print. The pens were ready quick, looked great and I picked up locally in time for our show. Great service!
