I've been using Sunwest for years. I remember the first few years were great, but the last year has been riddled with mistakes. Maybe covid is the issue...I don't know. All I'm sure of is I have had to call them every month for the last year or more to remind them to refill one or more of my medications. As much as I hate change I'm going to try OptumRx as my insurance company suggested.

Although the goods are not generic, they are still very affordable. I was overjoyed that they had the medication I needed and a pain reliever that made my body feel better. This pharmacy is one that I would suggest.

I have been working in Behavioral Health/Mental Health field for the past 7-8 years & when I opened my own Outpatient Treatment Center I knew I would have to use SunWest LTC.
They are super great with communication, helpful, offer free delivery, easy to use bubble paks & always figure out how to find the cheapest price. Also, Tina is a wizard and always gets the best prices and services for all of our clients.
I’d give them a 5/5 on all accounts!

I'm not going to go into all the reasons why. Just know that Sunwest is the Best! I've been on medications for forty years, many pharmacies, across three states, and I've never had the accurate, efficient, caring, and friendly service that this pharmacy provides.
