CVS Pharmacy

Service is satisfyingly dry and straight to the point. The texts in the pharmacy don't match your prescription status. Have your prior authorization because the bare minimum is the goal around here. The automated phone operator is persistent AF. Follow her demands and nobody will get hurt. We had a tussle and I am defeated.

Awful service! Two female pharmacy technicians working on 11/8 could have more patience and acknowledge people waiting for service. I was standing in line and they closed the gate in front my face. The two woman Looked at me, didnt come over and when it was 7:00 said oh we close at 7:00. The next customer waiting, should not be treated like this. Customer service is important! There are people needing medications and CVS needs to do better.

Compared to other local Pharmacies, the staff here lacked professionalism and plan rude. While waiting in the chairs, Diana (pharmacist) from behind the counter shouted "Do you have insurance?".. why not call me over to speak privately? I had to ask about side effects and the worker w/ the forearm tat of a tree branch w/ flowers made it seem like a chore for him to get the answer. Don't go here. It's a dehumanizing experience - Walgreens on Central&Osborn is the way to go.

I do not wish to give any stars about this pharmacy. I was treated so rudely by someone who answered the phone named JC and had to ask for a pharmacist. When someone is a position where they are dying and need their medication to just stay alive as long as possible it is unthinkable to be treated the way I was by this person named JC. However the pharmacist named RAM Was able to try to help me and I am at least grateful for that. CVS definitely needs to do better because at the end of the day all of sick people are the ones that are paying their salary
