This studio is my second home. The owner, the instructors and the other amazing ladies that workout there are a family away from family. Everyone is knowledgeable, encouraging and passionate. I Feel lucky to have found a place where women truly support each other and build each other up everyday.

So glad I was able to find this precious gem of a gym. It has to be the best kept secret in Phoenix but I feel like I need to let everyone know about it. Beautiful studio clean and inviting but the best part of Empower has got to be the people! Personal trainers Katie and Alex are knowledgeable and attentive not to mention fun. Megan’s Yoga class is amazing and one massage from Allison and you’ll be hooked. Classes are small and intimate so you really feel like your getting personal attention while meeting other women with similar goals. Sarah has done a great job assembling a fantastic staff and you can tell she’s put her heart and soul into this gym.

Empower Wellness is a beautiful studio designed for women with a full menu of health and wellness activities. Located on 32nd street north of Shea, it's convenient and affordable. I have been attending the yoga and exercise classes for since January 2019. The owner is onsite to welcome new and returning clients. Whether you are an expert or new to yoga, you will love yoga with Leslie!

I really enjoyed the Women and Weights class at Empower! The teacher was helpful and the exercises taught were unique and can be done anywhere. I was sore the next day which always makes me feel like I got a good workout in.

I teach yoga at this sweet studio and it is a joy to be a part of Empower Wellness. Women love having their very own safe and friendly gym.. and the personal trainers are exceptional!
