        Did not have Owner permission or HOA design template/placement approval prior to painting addresses in my Subdivision. The background was in various sizes and did not use reflective paint required by the City of Phoenix Curb Painting Licensing Agreement. They skipped several homes, placement was random and chaotic, numbers are crooked, used different stencil sizes, painted on top side or front of curb, not one of the 200+ addresses were aligned, centered or evenly spaced. Theyai initially offered in an attempt to correct the issues, but as of this post still haven't managed to follow through
