We recently decided to do some major upgrades around our property, and after some searching, a friend recommended Paradise Hardscapes in Phoenix. From the get-go, the team made us feel at ease, answering all our questions and giving us great advice on what would work best for our space. Diego, the project manager, was an absolute gem. He was always available, kept us in the loop with the progress, and made sure every detail was taken care of. We had them install a new turf in our backyard, and it looks incredible so real and fresh! Plus, we wanted a tennis court for our kids and ourselves to practice on. They did an outstanding job on that too, ensuring it was sturdy and professional-looking. But the icing on the cake was the pool deck construction with pavers. We recently had our backyard re-done by Paradise Hardscapes in Scottsdale, and honestly, the transformation is quite impressive. Carlos, is a gem. He ensured everything went smoothly and communicated with us every step of the way. The crew was diligent and clearly takes pride in their craft. The selection of pavers and the layout they suggested truly complemented our home's aesthetics. It felt like they really understood what we were going for. Having BBQs and family gatherings in our yard has now become a more pleasurable experience, thanks to their hard work. However, I wish they had given us a heads-up about the slight delay they faced in the delivery of a a particular set of pavers. It wasn't a big issue, but a bit more communication on that front would have been appreciated. All in all, if you're looking for genuine craftsmanship and a team that listens... Had Paradise Hardscapes do some work on my yard recently, and wow, what a transformation! Their team is a hard-working bunch, especially with Phoenix sun beating down on them.
