I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I hired this company to repair the stucco on the back of my house. They came and things started off well. I paid for the service which was 8 thousand dollars. 2 days later the stucco started to crack. This is where the problem started. Like previous reviews good luck getting him back after he has been paid. He is going to wait until your warranty is up and then reach out to tell you your warranty has expired. Stay away from this company. Will see him in court in due time.

Ociels team did a good job and he was initially very responsive. Post job I noticed one area needed to be refinished and cracks that at the very least needed to be patched, no big deal. However, Ive left multiple voicemails, sent texts, still no response. My next option is the legal route. Dont hire a company or man who cant stand behind their work and disappears as soon as the moneys in his pocket. Stay away from Prosperity Construction, go with anyone else.

We hired prosperity to patch A LOT of holes from woodpeckers on our commercial building. Ociel, Gilbert and their team were fantastic to work with and did a great job. When challenges presented themselves, they didn't skip a beat. They adjusted the gameplan and pressed on. Great work.

I had Prosperity Construction pour an extra large addition to the driveway in my front yard as well as a large concrete pad in the backyard. They also replaced a personnel gate and repaired my RV gate for me. The job was done very well, in a most professional manner at a really good price and I am super pleased. In fact, I'm going to have them replace my original driveway that has sunk and broke. They do a really good job and I would highly recommend them if you want a great, quality job, at a very reasonable cost. Thank you!!
