Always so professional, clean, efficient and organized. The thought of someone carrying large wardrobe boxes down a flight of stairs was stressing me out, until I saw how gracefully they glided down the old, narrow staircase. Next level spatial awareness. As both a business owner and a home owner, I've used Creative Moving and Packing a number of times throughout the years. When it came time to expand my business they helped break down, transport, and set up a 100 team office with the highest degree of efficiency and professionalism. Not only were they extremely fast, they also took time & care to ensure nothing was damaged. I was so impressed with their service I recently hired them to move my family's personal belongings to our new home. Once again they were fantastic. Fantastic!! From start to finish the customer service was incredible. The week before our move Nova called to confirm all the details. The day of, we received a call before they arrived and a text upon arrival. Cameron and the whole team were amazing, clean, fast, super efficient! Everything was handled carefully and all furniture was wrapped in blankets and plastic. Definitely plan to use them again next time we move - and would recommend!!

We used Creative Moving to help us do an in-state move. We used their packing, loading and unloading service for the entire house. They took everything minus perishable food, live plants and chemicals (cleaning products under the sink). They even took things out in the yard and garage. The positives: The moving team was very professional, friendly and easy to work with with. They were on time and packed everything and unloaded everything in a very timely manner. They did a walk through with us and understood our needs and concerns. They made a lot of effort to pack things safely and carefully. Nothing was lost or misplaced. Things were labeled and placed in the appropriate rooms in the new house. They had special boxes for odd items like paintings, TV's and clothes on hangers. They also did a walk through with us before they left for the new house checking each cabinet. The process was quick and stress free for us, they took care of everything. The negatives (minimal): They did mistake two real plants for fake ones; one died. As I mentioned above, they were very careful with art, but we found one framed piece of art (24x18) randomly placed in a box with other stuff with no protection. Unfortunately, this art was damaged; the front was scratched. Also, there were a few random things left behind mostly in the garage. We were going to go back to the house the following day to clean up so this wasn't a huge issue, but if this was going to be our last time in the house and it was left behind or left for us to stuff in our already packed cars, it might have been a bigger issue. All in all great service and would highly recommend. It is a little on the pricey side, but if you can swing it, do it! The amount of ease and stress this took away is just about priceless. Again, the crew was great, very easy to work with and professional. The negatives were very minimal, just keep in mind to leave some space in your own vehicle to take some stuff for things they can't take, accidently leave behind or for things super fragile or sentimental.
