As a military service member we have had professional movers move us frequently over the years. This latest move was hands down the worst experience we have had. Organization was poor: non-like items put together. I can’t find certain items: power cables for the TV & printer are missing. Numerous broken items: vacuum, entertainment center, clothing dresser, sports bin, outside children’s toys, medicine cabinet, etc. Items are bent, damaged, or flat out completely broken. There was also an issue of serious unprofessionalism on behalf of the loaders, which I will not address in detail here. For the amount of money spent on professional movers I am extremely disappointed to say the least. Services: Vehicle transport, Out-of-state move, Packing / unpacking, Assemble furniture

Movers, driver very courteous, handled our furnishings and boxed items carefully and with respect. Loaded and unloaded in swift time and still they were careful with items, If you are planning a move Ward North American is the only movers you should call!

From the assessor to the coordinator to the driver and loader I could not be more pleased with the outfit that moved us. Truly the driver Clint and loader Shane were an absolute pleasure to work with. By the way I never intended on taking the lowest bid, but they were the only company who did not pressure is, were the only ones who gave us honest assessment, and we're confident in it. I can't speak highly enough of Ward North American, not Clint and Shane.

I was very impressed with the ease of the process. The Ward Team came in and in no time had my belongings carefully packed and moved into the van. Throughout the transition time I received many check in calls from Ward’s to endure I was informed of the timelines. My possessions arrived in great condition and I have lots of glass and leather furniture. I am so glad I chose Ward! It made my move so much easier. Good business that focuses on solid gold customer service.
